My first workshop to be held at Art's Complex took place last Saturday. We learned how to make pre-felt....and then how to create a small wall-hanging. As usual, everyone chose completely different colour palettes and Alison even decided to make her own shape...hers emerged as a dramatic butterfly.
Sadly, however, camera batteries ran out before we could take photos of everyone's work. I'm hoping to get some once they are dry and decorated. In the meantime, here's one of me demonstrating....next time I will definitely turn the camera on my felters.
Speaking of which, the Nuno Felt Scarf workshop on October 1 has filled up so I am running another one on November 26. If you are interested in coming to that but have never felted before, I would recommend coming along to the Beginners Workshop on November 12 first.
There are still spaces on the Felt Flower workshop this Saturday and the Clutch Bag workshop on October 8.
