Other Worlds 

This collection of wall hangings is inspired by my interest in myth and legend.

At school, my sixth year paper was about the fantasy writers Alan Garner, George Macdonald and C S Lewis. At university, I wrote a dissertation on the fantastical world of Mervyn Peake's Gormenghast.

So, it's not too much of a stretch to see where the imagery in these wall hangings comes from.

A selection of these works formed part of  the Remade Home Exhibition at the Loretto Gallery, Musselburgh.
