| Edinburgh-based maker, Tricia Mowat Slater combines textiles, felting and eco-dyeing in her creative work. She will be exhibiting three merino and silk bowls at INSPIRED. She says, "I've started dyeing fabric so that I can use it in the bowls I'll be exhibiting. I use natural leaves and plants, some vinegar and iron water." Tricia has been inspired to create naturally coloured cloth from leaves and plants by Australian textile artist, India Flint. | |
